As some of you know, I launched my first course this year to teach people how to get started in real estate investing. I've had several students go through the course with good results, but that’s not good enough for me.
I want EVERY SINGLE PERSON that takes my course to walk away having achieved EXACTLY what they wanted when they signed up.
After a lot of reflection and feedback, I think that a better way to ENSURE ALL my students succeed is to implement a hybrid program that takes place inside a cohort with both digital and live classes, group coaching, and individual mentorship.
Therefore, I am looking for 5-10 people to participate in a Beta Test Group to test this new hybrid course concept and get feedback about how to provide maximal value to all students.
What I Need From Beta Test Participants:
- Ready to get started investing in real estate
- Be able to dedicate 2-4 hours per week to watching course videos, doing 1 assigned homework task per week, and doing 1 group coaching call per week (7 Weeks Total)
- Willing to provide honest weekly feedback each week about likes, dislikes, and ideas for course improvement
- Willing to provide a testamonial at the end of the
- $50 to cover the shipping costs of the physical materials associated with the course (usually this course costs $1,500)
