On this week of Thanksgiving, I want to express my deepest gratitude for all of you on our Duratus Team. Every day I wake up and am happy to come to work because I work with such amazing people and a fantastic team! Each of you is a genuinely wonderful person, and I am thankful to have you in my life. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and friends.
LAST WEEK’S WINS:
- 1942 Glenwood Under Contract - Closing Monday 11/20
- Conducted the final inspection at 505 Dyson St and just had a few minimal issues to correct
- Interviewed with a potential new accountant - BMSS
- Successful investor phone call for RTO conversion
- November content photoshoot received
- December content photoshoot conducted
- SlightWrks content created for next month
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- Aziz will be out of town starting on Tuesday this week.
- All of the SlightWrks content videos for next month are due tomorrow, November 22nd
- Reminder - We are doing a Duratus Christmas Card this year, so we need all team members to take a photo wearing a Christmas Sweater by November 21st.

- Monday, November 20th - Christmas lights installation
- Tuesday, November 21st - Final walkthrough with Scott (Maura & Scott) & Reinspection of items flagged during inspection
- Wednesday, November 22nd - Final walkthrough with Scott & Realtors (Maura, Scott, & Stephany)
- Wednesday, November 29th - Staging Installation
- Thursday, November 30th - Photos & Matteport Scan
- Thursday, December 7th - Listing goes live (possibly earlier, depending on photos)
- TBD - Brokers Open
- TBD - Open House
- Saturday, January 6th - Local Health Expo at 505 Dyson
371 Ridgewood Dr is still on the market…..I’m considering if we can do anything outside the box to market this house. Here are some possible ideas:
- It has a lovely fireplace and natural light, so we could host a Photos with Santa Open House event. I could see if any local photographers would want to partner with us to do this.
- We could install some bright Christmas lights on the house & realtor sign
- Host a holiday cookie decorating event

MARKETING:
- Our newsletter had a 39% open rate on Friday, which is excellent and high for industry standards.
- I am currently working on the following for our marketing and digital course this week:
- Final edits to SlightWrks content for next month
- Creating 2 more blogs and newsletters
- Finishing instructor certification for digital course
WEEKLY FAVORITES:
- Here is a great podcast interview with the CEO of eggcartons.com. This is a great story of hustle, drive, grit, and entrepreneurship from an underdog.
