- We sold a digital course!
- We have a new lead on a potential RTO House - 528 Sunhill Road, Center Point AL

- According to the #Motivation slack channel, it looks like I’m the only one left doing the Cold Plunge challenge…
- In January we can start a new challenge that might be more fun for everyone.

- I am currently working on the following for our marketing and digital course this week:
- Creating 2 more blogs and newsletters
- Finishing instructor certification for digital course
- Creating a few more short videos for upcoming content
WEEKLY FAVORITES:
- I really like the cold plunge (can’t believe I’m saying this). It seems like it is really helping me get on back on track with taking care of my health overall and it is definitely helping my body recover from workouts. I think that it also helps my moods and mental focus.
- Similarly, I have been using the Streaks App to track a few positive habits that I am working on, including the cold plunge, and it is simple and great. Highly recommend if you want to build new healthy habits.
