At Duratus Properties, we recently held our highly significant Q3 Kickoff Meeting, a pivotal event that sets the tone for the upcoming quarter.
Here are some of the highlights from our meeting:
- We are on track to do $3M in revenue this year, which is our goal
- We are aggressively expanding our Rent-to-Own line of business during Q3 and Q4
- We are continuing to flip 10-20 properties per year
Big Accomplishments from Q2:
- We sold 505 Dyson St - the largest flip in our company’s history for $825K
- Maura obtained her real estate license and is now a realtor with Waters Edge Realty
- Added one more Rent-to-Own property to our portfolio
Goals for Q3:
- Conduct 3 Flips
- Add 3 more Rent-to-Own properties to the portfolio
We are immensely proud of how far our company has come since our first projects in 2018, and we are deeply grateful to all of our clients and business partners who have played an essential role in our growth.
The best is yet to come, and we are just getting started.
